2-Module Toilet and Shower Block

Two-module single-storey layout

This configuration uses two P600 steel-framed modules arranged side by side in a grid layout. Together, they create a footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m and provide approximately 23 m² of internal usable floor area. The building is intended as a toilet and shower block for the construction sector, with holiday parks, campsites and large construction sites among its typical applications.

Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. Both modules are positioned at ground-floor level to form one single-storey facility.

Windows and external access

Module 1 has its main external arrangement on the north-facing 5.9m wall. This elevation includes a small window, a glazed double door and a second small window. Its east and west 2.2m end walls each contain one high-level, top-only window.

Module 2 has one high-level, top-only window in each of its exposed east and west 2.2m end walls. A further high-level, top-only window is positioned in the exposed south-facing 5.9m wall. These are the stored openings for this configuration; the final internal arrangement must be coordinated with the requested toilet and shower rooms.

Anthracite grooved-plank exterior

The selected exterior treatment is Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved-plank cladding, installed vertically between the frame on the exposed walls. Full-wall cladding is selected for Module 1’s north, east and west walls, and for Module 2’s east, south and west walls. Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the project quotation and are not separately itemised in public pricing.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified for this design, retaining the straightforward profile of the P600 frame.

Requested toilet and shower fit-out

A WC and shower are requested for the final layout. Their room positions, dimensions, sanitary fittings and service requirements remain subject to confirmation. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring to suit their intended use. These areas must be detailed and priced through the final quotation rather than assumed from illustrative furniture or fittings.

Outside the toilet and shower rooms, the included wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades. Room-by-room flooring selections can also be considered when the internal plan is finalised, but no additional flooring type should be treated as included unless it is stated in the quotation. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Price, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £27,400 excluding VAT, or £32,880 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the fit-out. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.

Final siting is subject to a site survey and assessment of access, levels, foundations, service connections and working space. The quotation will confirm the finished layout, selected fixtures, finishes, transport requirements and any site-dependent work before the project proceeds.
