Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the western half of the building, while Module 2 forms the eastern half. The modules connect at their 2.2m ends to create the full 11.8m run. The internal fit-out includes a WC within the connected accommodation. The remaining floor area is not divided into named rooms in this configuration, allowing it to serve as the main operational space for security staff and site access-control functions.

Doors, windows and external visibility

Module 1 has three small windows along its exposed north wall. Its south wall has a small window, a single glazed door and a second small window, providing the building’s external entrance. A full-size window is fitted in the exposed west end wall.

Module 2 also has three small windows along its north wall. Its south wall has a further three small windows, while the exposed east end has a full-size window. Across the complete building, the specification therefore provides eleven small windows, two full-size end windows and one single glazed door. This distribution of glazing supports views along both long elevations and from each end of the cabin.

Anthracite exterior and flat roof

The exterior is finished with vertical cladding in Anthracite, giving the cabin a consistent, restrained appearance suited to operational sites. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline low and simple across the two-module run. The building remains single storey throughout.

Standard fitted specification and price

The indicative price is £21,500 ex VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the two-module building in the stated configuration, including the listed door and windows, Anthracite vertical cladding, flat roof with slim fascia and internal WC. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately according to the location and installation requirements.

Preparing the site

The cabin requires a suitable, level prepared base and safe access for delivery and installation. The route to the installation point must be assessed for the delivery vehicles and lifting operation needed for the two modules. Connections and drainage required for the WC must also be planned before installation. Ground conditions, service routes, local access restrictions and any required permissions remain site-specific.
