Wide two-module configuration
This stored configuration uses two P600 steel-framed modules linked side by side in a single-storey, wide arrangement. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, creating an overall external footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m. The modules are 2.40m high externally and have a 2.16m internal ceiling height.
Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. Together, they provide approximately 22.8m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, but the final area will depend on the confirmed internal arrangement and partition positions.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 has its principal openings along the exposed north wall. This 5.9m side contains a double-door glazed entrance with one small window on each side. The east and west 2.2m end walls each have one top-only, high-level window.
Module 2 has two top-only, high-level windows along its exposed south wall. Its east and west end walls each contain a further top-only, high-level window. This combination gives the requested configuration a glazed entrance, smaller windows to the front-facing side of Module 1 and high-level glazing around the remaining exposed elevations.
External panels and roof
The exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Light Grey, RAL 7035. The selected north, east and west walls of Module 1 and the east, south and west walls of Module 2 use smooth, standard insulated panels in the same colour. Cladding and any related quotation adjustments are confirmed as part of the final commercial proposal rather than itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.
Requested WC and shower layout
A WC and shower are requested within the fit-out, with their positions and the associated partition layout to be confirmed in the final design. This makes the configuration relevant to toilet and shower blocks for the construction sector, as well as facilities for holiday parks and campsites.
Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic panels are available as an optional selection, while shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster can be selected outside the bathroom walls, and any other finishes will be matched to the confirmed room layout. These details, including the final position of the WC and shower areas, are confirmed through quotation and the completed building configuration.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey and confirmation that the location, access and prepared area are suitable for this two-module footprint. The final quotation will confirm the agreed layout, selected finishes and project-specific requirements.
