2-Module Modular Shower Block with WC

Configuration overview

This P600 configuration combines two steel-framed modules in a straight, single-storey run. Together, they create an 11.8m x 2.2m footprint and approximately 24 m² of internal floor area. It is configured as a modular shower block for the construction sector, while also providing a practical option for campsites and sports clubs requiring dedicated shower and WC facilities.

Module-by-module layout

Module 1 provides the building’s external entrance on its south-facing 5.9m side. A single glazed door is positioned between two small windows, bringing daylight to the entrance elevation. The opposite north-facing side has one top-only high-level window. A further top-only high-level window is fitted to the exposed west-facing 2.2m end.

Module 2 continues the building in the same run. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has one top-only high-level window, while the exposed east-facing 2.2m end has another. A fifth top-only high-level window is positioned on the south-facing 5.9m wall. This gives Module 2 high-level glazing on all three exposed elevations.

The two modules are linked to form one continuous building. Access is through the glazed door in Module 1, with no additional external door specified for Module 2. The combination of small entrance-side windows and high-level windows provides glazing without adding unnecessary full-height openings around the remaining elevations.

External finish

The exterior is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding, giving the shower block a clean and restrained appearance suited to construction compounds, club grounds and campsite facilities. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline low and complements the long, narrow profile of the two-module run.

Internal fit-out

The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, making this a purpose-configured washing and sanitary building rather than an empty modular shell. The available floor area is spread across both connected P600 modules. Final service positions and site connections should be coordinated against the confirmed site layout before manufacture and installation.

Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £21,500 ex VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This price applies to the described two-module, single-storey configuration with its WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately, as these costs depend on location, access, ground conditions and connection requirements.

Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks from confirmed specification and order, subject to production capacity and project requirements. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK. The specification can be reviewed using the P600 configurator before the order is finalised.

The site must provide suitable access for delivery and installation equipment, together with a level, appropriately prepared base or foundations for the completed 11.8m x 2.2m building. Water and drainage connections will be required for the shower and WC, with any other service requirements established for the site. Responsibility for groundworks, utility routes, permissions and site-specific preparation should be confirmed before the installation date.
