A practical two-module layout

This P600 configuration uses two linked steel-framed modules arranged side by side to create a wide, single-storey building. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, producing an overall footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m and approximately 24 m² of internal floor area. The result is a compact modular shower block suited to construction-sector use, while also providing a practical option for campsites and sports clubs.

Module 1 access and natural light

Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north elevation has a small window, a double-door glazed entrance and a second small window. This creates a balanced principal elevation with daylight on both sides of the entrance. The exposed east and west 2.2m end walls each have one top-only, high-level window. These high-level openings bring additional daylight into the building while limiting views through the end elevations.

Module 2 window arrangement

Module 2 forms the south side of the wide layout. Its exposed 5.9m south elevation has two top-only, high-level windows. The east and west 2.2m end walls each have a further top-only, high-level window. Across the complete building, the combination of small windows, high-level windows and the glazed entrance provides daylight from every exposed elevation without adding openings beyond those specified for this configuration.

WC and shower fit-out

The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, providing the core facilities required from a dedicated site shower block. The approximately 24 m² internal area is contained within one connected, single-storey structure, avoiding external movement between separate units. For construction sites, this creates a defined welfare facility that can be positioned within the site compound. The same configuration can support washing provision at campsites and sports clubs where a robust modular building is preferred.

Dark grey external finish

The exterior is finished in horizontal dark grey cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile straightforward and contemporary. The restrained finish works well in operational settings, including construction compounds, sports grounds and campsite service areas, without relying on decorative additions or unlisted external features.

Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £21,500 ex VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described on this page. This covers the two-module building with the stated external finish, door and window arrangement, WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately. Lead time and siting requirements

Typical lead times are 8–12 weeks and are confirmed for each order. The site must have suitable access for delivery and positioning of both 5.9m modules. A level, prepared base is required, with the final foundation or support solution determined by site conditions. Incoming services and drainage needed to operate the WC and shower must also be planned before installation. Delivery access, lifting requirements, groundworks, service connections and any other site-specific works are assessed and priced separately.
