    What's included

    • Internal WC and shower fit-out

    • Light grey horizontal cladding and slim flat-roof fascia

    Compact two-module format

This building uses two steel-framed P600 modules linked end to end in a straight run. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m by 2.2m and approximately 26 m² of internal floor area. The single-storey arrangement provides a practical modular shower block without requiring a wide site footprint.

The two modules form one connected building rather than separate units. This long, narrow format can suit construction sites, campsites and sports clubs where space is limited or where the building needs to sit alongside an existing access route, pitch or facility. Further information about this type of building is available on our modular shower blocks page.

    Doors and windows

Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its exposed north wall has one top-only high-level window. The south elevation contains the main entrance arrangement: a small window, a glazed double-door entrance and a second small window. A further top-only high-level window is fitted in the exposed west end wall.

Module 2 continues the building to the east. It has one top-only high-level window on the north wall, one on the exposed east end wall and one on the south wall. These openings provide daylight at a raised level while keeping most of the external wall area enclosed.

Across the complete south elevation, the glazed double doors and two small windows are concentrated in Module 1, while Module 2 uses a high-level window. The remaining exposed sides use high-level windows only, giving the building a clear and consistent opening schedule.

    WC and shower fit-out

The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, making this configuration suitable as a dedicated washing and welfare facility. It is specified for the Construction sector as a modular shower block, while the same compact format can also meet the needs of campsites and sports clubs.

The linked modules are finished to a full fit-out standard. The precise positioning of the WC, shower and any site service connections should be confirmed for the project before manufacture, ensuring the completed building is coordinated with the intended water, drainage and electrical arrangements.

    External finish

The exterior is finished in Light grey horizontal cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline restrained and complements the long, single-storey form. The result is a straightforward external finish suited to working sites and shared facilities.

    Indicative price and specification

The indicative price is £21,500 excluding VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the two-module P600 building in the configuration described, including the listed doors and windows, Light grey horizontal cladding, flat roof with slim fascia, and internal WC and shower fit-out.

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately. Alternative layouts or project requirements can be explored using the P600 configurator.

    Manufacturing programme

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The final programme depends on specification approval, manufacturing capacity and confirmation of site requirements. Delivery and installation dates are agreed separately so that the building and prepared site can be coordinated.

    Siting requirements

The building requires a level, prepared base suitable for the two linked modules, together with clear access for delivery and positioning. The site must also be ready for the required water, drainage and electrical connections serving the WC and shower. Ground conditions, access restrictions, service routes and any project-specific works should be assessed before manufacture; associated groundworks and site works are priced separately.
