What drives the price
Size and occupancy
A single-person phone booth uses less material and fewer systems than a six-person meeting pod, so size is the biggest single driver of price.
Acoustic specification
Wall construction, seals and glazing all affect how well a pod reduces external noise and improves speech privacy. Higher acoustic specifications cost more; we publish verified acoustic figures only after independent testing.
Glazing and doors
The amount and type of glazing, and the door specification, change both the look and the price.
Power, data and AV
Power outlets, USB and USB-C charging, Ethernet, lighting, sensors and monitor mounting are chosen per pod.
Ventilation
Ventilation suited to longer meetings and higher occupancy is a specification choice that affects cost.
Finishes
Interior and exterior finishes and colour options are selected per pod.
