Configured for construction site management
This P600 configuration is intended for use as a construction site office by main contractors and site managers. Two steel-framed modules form a single-storey building with a 5.9m x 4.4m overall footprint and approximately 23m² of usable internal floor area. It provides a broader working space than a single module while retaining a straightforward rectangular layout. Further examples of this use can be found in our site offices range.
Two-module grid layout
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The modules are positioned side by side in the stored grid layout. Each is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling height. The final internal arrangement, including the position and enclosure of the requested WC, remains subject to confirmation in the quoted layout.

Selected exterior and roof
The six exposed outside walls use the included standard vertical insulated sandwich panels in Cream, matched to RAL 9001, with a smooth finish. These selected walls are Module 1 north, east and west, together with Module 2 east, south and west. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm fascia formed by the steel frame; no additional fascia is specified. Any cladding-related pricing is confirmed only within the project quotation.
Internal finishes and requested WC
Outside the requested WC area, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. The WC fit-out is requested but must be confirmed in the final layout and quotation. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring rather than the standard internal treatment. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included claims for this stored design. Any changes can be assessed against the current configuration through the building configurator.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, and is subject to a formal quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from this estimate.
Final siting is subject to survey and confirmation that access, levels, foundations or supports, clearances and lifting arrangements are suitable for the two-module layout. The quotation will confirm the final specification, including the WC arrangement, selected finishes and any project-specific requirements. Illustrated fixtures and finishes should therefore be treated as representative until those details have been agreed.
