Two modules in a single-storey run

This P600 configuration uses two 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules linked in a straight run. Together, they create an external footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and approximately 22.8m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is based on a conservative per-module allowance; a connected open layout may provide more usable space depending on the final arrangement. Each module is approximately 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling and an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.

Designed as a modular toilet block for the construction sector, the building is also relevant to events and sports grounds where permanent WC provision is needed. The requested WC fit-out remains subject to confirmation through the final room plan, so the stored design does not specify fixture quantities or individual cubicle arrangements.

    Anthracite grooved external finish

The exposed walls are finished between the frame with vertically installed ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Anthracite. This full-wall cladding is selected for the north and south sides of both modules, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 2. The adjoining ends are connected within the run rather than treated as exposed external elevations. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not separately itemised in public pricing.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this configuration. Final colours, interfaces and finish details are confirmed as part of the project quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.

    Configured windows and entrance

Module 1 has two high-level, top-only windows on its north wall. Its south wall contains a small window, a double-door glazed entrance and a second small window. The exposed west end has one high-level, top-only window. Module 2 has two high-level, top-only windows on its north wall, one high-level, top-only window on its exposed east end and two high-level, top-only windows on its south wall.

These openings form part of this stored configuration. Their relationship to WC partitions, circulation space and sanitary fixtures must be resolved in the final layout before quotation. Illustrated fittings, internal finishes and accessories should not be treated as guaranteed inclusions.

    Internal wall and wet-area finishes

Insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish outside the confirmed bathroom specification. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. Shower rooms, if incorporated into the agreed plan, use wet-room PVC flooring. Other wall and floor finishes depend on the final room layout and selections made during quotation.

    Estimate and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £27,800 excluding VAT, or £33,360 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation through the configuration process. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting is subject to survey, including access, levels, foundations, service requirements and the practical positioning of the linked modules.
