Two-module run layout

This steel-framed building uses two P600 modules arranged end to end in a single-storey run. Together, they form an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and provide approximately 23m² of usable internal floor area. Each module is 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m, an internal ceiling height of 2.16m and an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.

The configuration is intended as a modular toilet block for the construction sector. Its size and linear arrangement also suit sites, event venues and sports grounds where a permanent WC facility is required within a relatively narrow footprint. The requested WC provision remains subject to confirmation in the final internal layout and quotation.

Windows and external access

Module 1 has a high-level, top-only window on its north 5.9m wall and another high-level, top-only window on its west 2.2m end wall. Its south wall contains a single glazed door positioned with one small window on either side. Module 2 has high-level, top-only windows on its north and south 5.9m walls, together with a high-level, top-only window on its east 2.2m end wall.

These are the specified openings on the exposed walls of the stored design. Final detailing, including the precise specification of illustrated doors, windows, sanitary fixtures and other fittings, is confirmed through the project quotation rather than assumed from visual material.

Anthracite grooved-plank exterior

All selected exposed outside walls are finished with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved-plank cladding applied between the frame. The boards run vertically across the north, south and west walls of Module 1 and the north, south and east walls of Module 2. The result is a consistent full-wall cladding treatment around the exposed elevations of the two-module run.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia. The indicative configured estimate includes the selected design as a whole; individual cladding costs are not presented separately and remain quote-only.

Requested WC fit-out and internal finishes

A WC has been requested, with the room arrangement and fit-out to be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades but are not included unless specified in the quotation.

The final layout can be reviewed through the project configuration process. This is where the WC arrangement, internal divisions, sanitary requirements and selected finishes can be aligned with the intended site use before quotation.

Price, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £27,800 excluding VAT, or £33,360 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and the requirements of the proposed location.
