Configured for permanent WC provision
This P600 configuration is designed for the Construction sector as a permanent modular toilet block for sites, events and sports grounds. It uses two steel-framed modules linked in a straight, single-storey run, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and approximately 23 m² of internal usable floor area. Further applications can be viewed under modular toilet blocks.
Two-module run layout
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling height. Positioned end to end, the two modules provide a long, narrow plan suited to arranging WC facilities while retaining a compact 2.2m overall width.
The requested WC fit-out remains subject to confirmation in the final internal layout and quotation. Fixture positions, sanitaryware and room divisions should therefore be agreed as part of the completed design rather than assumed from illustrative material.
Pure White insulated-panel exterior
The selected exposed outside walls use smooth, vertical insulated sandwich panels in Pure White, RAL 9010. These panels are specified on the north, south and west walls of Module 1 and the north, south and east walls of Module 2. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is included in this configuration.
Configured external openings
Module 1 has a top-only high-level window on its north side and another on its exposed west end. Its south side contains two small windows with a single glazed door between them. Module 2 has top-only high-level windows on its north and south sides, together with a top-only high-level window on its exposed east end. These are the openings stored for this exact run layout.
Internal wall and floor choices
Away from toilet or shower rooms, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The specific hygienic-panel style and room-by-room flooring arrangement are not confirmed in the stored design and must be finalised with the WC layout. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and other flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included specifications.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 ex VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final fit-out. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the intended location. Configuration details can be reviewed through the building configurator.
