Wide two-module salon layout
This P600 configuration uses two steel-framed modules arranged as a single-storey, wide-format beauty salon. The overall footprint is 5.9m x 4.4m, with approximately 23 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
The combined format gives beauty therapists and salon owners a practical area in which to plan treatment positions, customer space and supporting facilities. The precise internal arrangement, including circulation and room divisions, remains subject to confirmation in the final layout. Windows and glazed entrance
Module 1 has a large window, a glazed double door and a second large window across its exposed north elevation. Its exposed east and west ends each have a full-size window. Module 2 has two large windows along its exposed south elevation, together with a full-size window at both the east and west ends.
These openings are specific to this stored configuration and provide glazing across both long elevations and all four exposed end sections. The glazed double door is positioned on Module 1’s north side. Final fixture details and the completed opening schedule are confirmed through the project quotation.
Anthracite narrow-groove exterior
The selected exposed outside walls are finished with Narrow groove cladding, reference AR14514, in Antrasit (Anthracite). This finish is applied between the frame on Module 1’s north, east and west walls and Module 2’s east, south and west walls. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised in public pricing.
Above the single-storey structure is a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this design.
Requested kitchenette and WC
A kitchenette and WC are requested for inclusion, with their exact positions and specifications to be confirmed in the final layout. The WC requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included features of this configuration. Illustrated fittings, finishes and furniture should not be treated as guaranteed inclusions; final details are established by quotation. Layout selections can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £27,400 excluding VAT, or £32,880 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Suitable access, ground conditions, levels and positioning must be assessed for the intended site. Siting is therefore subject to survey and confirmation of project-specific requirements before the order is finalised.
