Planning the two-module salon
This configuration joins two P600 modules side by side in a wide, single-storey arrangement. Together, they create an external footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m, with approximately 22.8m² of usable internal area before partitions. This figure uses a conservative per-module allowance; connected open layouts may provide more usable space, depending on the final arrangement. Each steel-framed module is 2.40m high externally, has a 2.16m internal ceiling and provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
Designed for the beauty salon use case, the building suits beauty therapists and salon owners who need space for treatment, reception or supporting facilities. The room plan is not fixed at this stage, allowing the internal arrangement to be developed around the requested kitchenette and WC while accounting for circulation, privacy and working zones.
Windows, entrance and natural light
Module 1 forms the north side of the connected building. Its exposed north wall has a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window. The exposed east and west ends each have one large window. Module 2 forms the south side, where its exposed south wall has two large windows. Its east and west ends also each contain one large window.
This stored arrangement provides glazing across every exposed elevation, with the entrance positioned on the north wall of Module 1. The exact relationship between the windows, salon stations, treatment spaces, kitchenette and WC will be resolved when the final partition layout is confirmed.
Anthracite external finish
All selected exposed walls are finished between the frame with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The boards run vertically across the north, east and west walls of Module 1 and the east, south and west walls of Module 2. Cladding is included within the configured quotation rather than itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified for this configuration, keeping the roof edge aligned with the module frame.
Requested internal fit-out
A kitchenette and WC have been requested, but their sizes, positions and final details remain subject to confirmation in the completed room layout and quotation. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Alternative finishes can be selected to suit the agreed salon layout.
- Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard.
- Hygienic bathroom wall panels are available as an optional selection.
- Wet-room PVC flooring is used where a shower room is selected.
- Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected.
A shower room is not specified in this stored design; the wet-room flooring detail applies only if one is added during final layout development. Illustrated fixtures and finishes should be treated as representative until the quotation confirms the selected specification.
Quotation and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £27,400 ex VAT, or £32,880 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and the space required for the 5.9m x 4.4m external footprint. The final room arrangement, fit-out choices and finishes can be reviewed through the P600 configurator and confirmed in the project quotation.
