A wide single-storey salon layout
This configuration places two steel-framed P600 modules side by side, creating a wide external footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m. Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m, an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling.

The exposed north wall of Module 1 is arranged with a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window. Its east and west ends each have a full-size window. Module 2 has two large windows on its exposed south wall, plus a full-size window at both its east and west ends. This stored arrangement gives the salon glazing across its long outer elevations and both module ends.
Teak slatted exterior and flat roof
ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding in Teak is selected for the exposed walls between the frame. The vertical boards cover Module 1’s north, east and west walls, together with Module 2’s east, south and west walls. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not separated from the public configured estimate. The selected finish gives the exterior a consistent treatment across every exposed elevation in this side-by-side design.
Above, the building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in the stored configuration.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for this beauty salon, with its position, dimensions and effect on the usable open area to be confirmed through the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Where a shower room is selected, wet-room PVC flooring is used. No shower room is confirmed in this configuration.
Outside bathroom areas, insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected, and other finishes are chosen in relation to the final salon room plan.
