Three connected modules in a run layout
This beauty salon configuration uses three steel-framed P600 modules connected side by side in a single-storey run. The external footprint is 17.7m long by 2.2m wide. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m.
Each module provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m by 2.0m. Across the three modules, the conservative usable internal area is approximately 34.2m² before partitions. A connected open layout may provide more space, depending on the final arrangement. The long form supports a sequence of treatment, reception, waiting and service spaces without specifying a fixed room plan before quotation.
Glazing and entrance arrangement
- Module 1 north wall: two large windows.
- Module 1 south wall: two large windows with a double glazed door between them.
- Module 1 west end wall: one large window.
- Module 2 north and south walls: two large windows on each side.
- Module 3 north and south walls: two large windows on each side.
- Module 3 east end wall: one large window.
A covered ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, providing an external approach and usable frontage for the salon configuration.
Selected exterior treatment
The exposed walls are finished with Teak ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding, applied between the steel frame with vertically arranged boards. This finish is selected across the north and south walls of all three modules, together with the west end of Module 1 and east end of Module 3. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia treatment.
Requested salon fit-out
A kitchenette and WC are requested for confirmation in the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring, although this configuration requests a WC rather than confirming a shower room.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes, room divisions and their relationship to treatment or reception areas are selected when the final layout is agreed. Further context for this application is available on the beauty salon buildings page, while layout choices can be reviewed through the P600 configurator.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £43,660 excluding VAT, or £52,392 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final specification. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Final siting is subject to a site survey, including access, levels, ground conditions and the requirements for positioning the three-module run and terrace. The final quotation confirms the selected fit-out, finishes and other project details.
