Compact single-module salon layout
This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing approximately 11.4 m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance, and the final space available for treatment, reception and service functions will depend on the confirmed partition layout.
The format is intended for the Beauty & Wellness sector, particularly beauty therapists and salon owners who need a self-contained treatment setting. Further context for this application is available on the beauty salon buildings page.
Windows and glazed entrance
The stored design includes large windows on every elevation. The 5.9m north wall has two large windows. The opposite south wall combines two large windows with a single glazed door, creating the principal entrance elevation. Each 2.2m end wall has one large window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation.
This arrangement gives the compact salon broad access to natural light from all four sides. The precise relationship between the glazing, treatment positions, internal partitions, kitchenette and WC must be resolved in the final room layout so that circulation and privacy requirements can be considered together.
Anthracite external finish
All four exposed outside walls are selected with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved-plank cladding in Anthracite. The boards run vertically and are applied between the exposed sections of the steel frame, giving each elevation a consistent finish. Cladding remains subject to the final quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified for this configuration. The restrained roof edge and Anthracite vertical cladding establish the selected external appearance without introducing unconfirmed decorative finishes.
Requested kitchenette and WC fit-out
A kitchenette and WC are requested for this module, with their positions and final arrangement to be confirmed as part of the completed layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic wall panels are an optional selection. Plaster can be selected outside bathroom walls, while other finishes are determined against the final room arrangement.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. No shower room is specified in this stored configuration; where a shower room forms part of a separately confirmed layout, wet-room PVC flooring is used. Other flooring and finish selections have not been fixed in this design and are therefore confirmed through quotation rather than assumed from illustrations. Layout choices can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Quotation and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 ex VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and site-specific works are also separate from this estimate.
Positioning and access remain subject to a site survey. The proposed location must be assessed for suitable access, ground conditions and any project-specific requirements before arrangements are finalised. Final fixtures, finishes, internal positions and construction details are those confirmed in the quotation, rather than every item that may appear in supporting imagery.
