    Compact permanent WC provision

    This configuration uses one P600 module to create a compact modular toilet block for the construction sector. The building is arranged as a single-storey run measuring 5.9m long by 2.2m wide, with approximately 11m² of internal floor area. Its narrow footprint makes it practical for sites where permanent WC provision is needed without allocating space to a larger multi-module building.

    Single-module layout

    The complete building is contained within one ground-floor module. The internal fit-out includes WC provision, keeping the required facilities together in a simple, self-contained layout. The brief does not add separate offices, welfare rooms or storage areas, so the available floor area is dedicated to the specified use.

    Access is positioned on the south-facing 5.9m wall through a double-leaf glazed door. A small window is fitted on each side of this entrance, bringing natural light to the front elevation while maintaining a compact arrangement.

    The north-facing 5.9m wall has two top-only high-level windows. One further top-only high-level window is installed in each 2.2m end wall, east and west. In total, the building has four high-level windows and two small windows, providing daylight from every elevation while limiting the amount of low-level glazing.

    External finish

    The steel-framed module is finished with horizontal cladding in light grey. Above it, a flat roof and slim fascia maintain a clean, low-profile appearance suited to working sites, event facilities and sports grounds. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK.

    Price and standard specification

    The indicative price is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the single P600 module, the stated light grey external finish, flat roof with slim fascia, specified doors and windows, and internal WC fit-out.

    Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately. Any service connections or adaptations required for the intended location also need to be assessed against the site and final agreed specification.     Lead time and site preparation

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to confirmation when the order and final specification are agreed. Programme planning should allow separately for site preparation, delivery and installation.

    The module requires a suitable prepared and level base, together with safe delivery and installation access. The site must also be ready for the services needed by the WC fit-out. Ground conditions, drainage, utility routes, lifting access and any planning requirements should be reviewed before installation because these vary by location and are not covered by the standard building price.
