Single-Module Site Office with WC

Format and purpose

This compact construction site office uses one P600 module in a single-storey grid layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 12 m² of internal floor area for day-to-day site administration, meetings and management tasks. The integrated WC keeps essential facilities within the same self-contained building.

One-module layout

Module 1 contains the complete ground-floor accommodation, including the office area and WC. With no adjoining modules or upper storey, every external wall is exposed. The long 5.9m sides form the north and south elevations, while the shorter 2.2m ends face east and west.

The north elevation has three windows arranged as a small window, a large window and a second small window. The east end has one large window, while the west end also has one large window.

The south elevation contains the main entrance: a single glazed door positioned between two large windows. Across the complete module, the configuration therefore provides seven windows plus the glazed entrance door, with openings on all four elevations.

Exterior finish and roof

The module is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding, giving the office a straightforward, consistent external appearance suited to an active construction site. Above it, a flat roof and slim fascia keep the roofline compact and avoid adding unnecessary visual bulk to the single-storey format.

Internal fit-out

The standard fitted specification includes a WC within the module. This allows the building to function as a compact site office with its own essential facility rather than relying entirely on separate site accommodation. No additional internal rooms or facilities form part of this exact configuration.

Indicative price

The indicative price is £10,750 ex VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the one-module building in the configuration described, including its WC, smooth Anthracite exterior, flat roof, glazed door and specified windows. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are excluded and quoted separately.

Lead time, delivery and siting

Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to confirmation when the order and project requirements are reviewed. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK. The P600 configurator can be used to review the modular format.

Before delivery, the proposed location must be assessed for access, ground conditions and the works needed to receive the module. A suitable level base must be ready before installation, with enough access for the planned delivery operation. Groundworks, access measures and any other site-specific requirements are established for the individual project and priced separately rather than included in the indicative building price.
