This P600 configuration uses one 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. It provides approximately 12 m² of internal floor area, making it a practical option where site space is limited but a dedicated office, kitchenette and WC are required. The straightforward layout is intended for use by main contractors, site managers and project teams.

As a self-contained site office, the building combines working space and basic staff facilities within one module. Its compact footprint can suit smaller projects, constrained compounds or sites where the office needs to sit alongside other temporary accommodation.

Module layout and openings

The ground-floor module contains the complete internal layout. The kitchenette and WC are fitted within the approximately 12 m² interior, leaving the remaining area available for the site office. Desks, chairs, storage and other loose furniture are not specified as part of this configuration.

The north-facing 5.9m wall has three windows: one small window, one large window and a second small window. The east-facing 2.2m end has one large window. This arrangement brings natural light into the office from both the long elevation and one end of the module.

On the south-facing 5.9m wall, a single glazed door is positioned between two large windows. This forms the building entrance and creates a well-glazed principal elevation. The west-facing 2.2m end has a further large window. In total, the module has seven windows: five large and two small, plus the single glazed entrance door.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished with horizontal cladding in Light grey. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile simple and suited to a working construction environment. The building is supplied to a full fit-out standard for the stated configuration, including the kitchenette and WC, rather than as an empty shell.

Indicative price and programme

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the single P600 module with its configured cladding, roof, glazed door, seven windows, kitchenette and WC. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately according to the project location and site conditions.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The actual programme depends on order confirmation, the final agreed specification, production scheduling and site readiness. Delivery and installation dates are coordinated once access and preparation requirements have been established.

Siting requirements

The module requires a suitable, level and prepared supporting base appropriate to the site and final installation. The delivery route and installation area must provide safe access, with sufficient space for the delivery and positioning operation. Restricted entrances, overhead obstructions, soft ground or active site traffic may affect the installation plan and should be identified before delivery.

Required utility connections for the kitchenette and WC must also be established for the specific site. Connection work, drainage arrangements, groundworks and other project-dependent items are quoted separately. Planning permission, Building Regulations requirements and any site-specific approvals should be checked for the proposed location and duration of use.
