Compact single-module layout

This configuration uses one steel-framed P600 module arranged over a single storey. The module has a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint and provides approximately 11 m² of internal usable floor area, making it a compact option where space must be used efficiently. Its approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m.

The module is 2.40m high externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. It is configured as one layout rather than a linked multi-module building. The requested internal fit-out comprises a WC and shower, with the final positions, clearances and room arrangement confirmed through the quotation and layout process.

Windows and access

The north-facing 5.9m wall has one top-only high-level window. The east-facing 2.2m end and west-facing 2.2m end each have a top-only high-level window. These elevated openings support privacy within a building intended for washing and toilet facilities.

The south-facing 5.9m wall contains the main access arrangement: a double glazed door positioned between two small windows. This is the only glazed entrance specified in the stored configuration. Final fixture, frame and glazing details are confirmed by quotation rather than assumed from illustrative images.

Anthracite Grey exterior

All four outside walls use standard vertical insulated sandwich panels with a smooth Anthracite Grey finish specified as RAL 7016. This finish is selected for the north, east, south and west walls, giving the standalone module a consistent external appearance. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised separately in public pricing.

Above the walls is a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this configuration. The restrained exterior suits the practical requirements of a modular shower block for the construction sector while also being relevant to campsite and sports-club settings.

Requested washroom fit-out

The stored design requests both WC and shower facilities. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring to create finishes appropriate to those wet areas. Their exact arrangement, together with the final sanitary fixtures and associated service requirements, must be confirmed in the final layout and quotation.

Elsewhere in the module, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included claims for this configuration unless added and confirmed in the quotation.

Price and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. This estimate relates to the specified one-module building and should not be treated as a final project total.
