Compact washing facilities in one P600 module

This configuration uses one P600 module to create a compact modular shower block for the construction sector. The single-storey building has a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint and provides approximately 11 m² of internal floor area. It is intended for buyers who need a straightforward WC and shower facility without the space or complexity of a larger multi-module building.

Typical applications include construction sites, campsites and sports clubs. The self-contained format keeps the overall footprint manageable while providing both essential facilities within one steel-framed module. Module 1 layout

The complete layout is contained within the ground-floor module. Its internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, forming a practical single-module facility for washing and sanitation. The approximately 11 m² internal area is arranged as one fitted layout rather than being extended through additional linked modules.

Natural light and privacy are addressed through a combination of high-level and small windows. The exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has two top-only high-level windows. Each 2.2m end wall also has one top-only high-level window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation.

The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the main entrance elevation. Its specified arrangement comprises a small window, a glazed double door and a second small window. The double-door entrance provides the only listed external doorway for this configuration, while the smaller windows supplement the high-level glazing on the other three elevations.

Exterior finish

The module is finished with smooth Dark grey external cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile clean and restrained, making the building suitable for working sites and other practical settings where a simple, professional exterior is required.

As a single-storey, single-module building, this configuration occupies only its stated 5.9m x 2.2m footprint, subject to the space required around it for delivery, installation, access and any site-specific works.

Price and standard fitted specification

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the configured P600 module with its Dark grey smooth cladding, flat roof and slim fascia, specified doors and windows, and the internal WC and shower fit-out.

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately. Final costs depend on the delivery location, site access, installation requirements and any work needed to prepare or connect the building at its destination. Lead time and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme will depend on the final specification, production schedule, delivery arrangements and readiness of the site.

The module requires a suitable prepared base and clear access for delivery and installation. Required utility connections for the WC and shower, along with drainage, groundworks and other site-specific provisions, must be assessed for the intended location. Planning, regulatory and access requirements should also be checked for the individual site before installation is scheduled.
