It uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey, with an external footprint of 5.9m x 2.2m and approximately 12 m² of internal floor area. The compact format makes it suitable where space is limited but dedicated WC and shower facilities are still required.

Module 1 layout and fit-out

Module 1 contains the complete single-storey layout. The internal fit-out includes one WC and one shower within the approximately 12 m² floor area. There are no additional linked modules or upper-floor spaces, so all facilities are contained within the same 5.9m-long unit. This straightforward arrangement keeps the building footprint predictable for site planning.

The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the main entrance elevation. It has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows, providing an identifiable access point and natural light. The opposite north-facing wall has one top-only high-level window. Each 2.2m end wall also has a top-only high-level window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation.

The high-level openings provide additional daylight while retaining more solid wall area at lower level. The door is glazed rather than solid, and no other external doors are included in this configuration. Exterior specification

The module is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding for a clean, restrained exterior. Above it is a flat roof with a slim fascia, keeping the overall profile simple and suited to commercial, leisure and temporary-site surroundings. The building is supplied as a single-storey unit and is not configured with a terrace, canopy or external shutters.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the one-module building with the stated Anthracite finish, door and window arrangement, WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately because access, location, service connections and installation requirements vary between projects.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The programme is confirmed for each order and will depend on final specification approval, production scheduling and the agreed delivery arrangements. Buyers should allow additional time for any required site preparation and coordination of services.

Siting requirements

The module requires a suitable level, prepared base appropriate to the site and the finished building. Delivery and installation access must be assessed in advance, including the approach to the intended position and any restrictions around the plot. Water, foul drainage and any power connection requirements must also be confirmed for the WC and shower facilities.
