Single-module storage layout
This configuration uses one P600 module to create a single secure storage room for the construction sector. The module has an external footprint of 5.9m x 2.2m and provides approx. 11.40 m² usable internal area before partitions. Its approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, giving contractors, tradespeople and businesses a practical space for storing equipment, tools and materials.
The building is arranged over one storey with no linked or stacked modules. Its external height is 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m. The open single-room layout can be planned around the specified shutters, glazed access and high-level windows.
Specified doors, shutters and windows
The north 5.9m wall has two top-only high-level windows. These introduce glazing above the main storage area while retaining wall space below. The east 2.2m end has one full-size roller shutter, and the west 2.2m end has a second full-size roller shutter.
On the south 5.9m wall, the design combines a full-size roller shutter with a double glazed door. Together, the three shutters provide access from both ends and one long side of the module, while the glazed double door provides a separate personnel entrance. These positions form part of this stored configuration rather than a generic range specification.
Grey external finish and flat roof
All four exposed walls are finished with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding applied between the frame. The boards are arranged vertically across the full north, east, south and west walls, around the specified openings. Cladding is priced as part of the quotation and is not publicly itemised.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this design. Final fixture, finish and interface details are confirmed through the project quotation.
Internal specification
The included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. No wet fit-out has been requested, so this configuration does not include a specified WC, sink, shower or other wet-room arrangement. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels remain optional alternatives where a different internal finish is required.
Flooring is selected to suit the final room layout and is therefore not assigned a precise material or finish in this stored design. Any requested changes to the wall treatment, floor finish or room arrangement should be reviewed through the building configurator and confirmed by quotation.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Final siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions, positioning and any lifting requirements. The survey and quotation process establishes the works needed for the selected location and confirms the final specification before supply.
