The building is single storey, with a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint and approximately 12 m² of internal floor area. Module 1 layout

The complete building is contained within one ground-floor module. There are no internal rooms or wet areas, so the available floor area remains open and adaptable to the buyer’s storage requirements. The long north elevation has two full-size roller shutters, providing separate loading points along the 5.9m side. This arrangement can help when organising different categories of equipment or accessing stored items without relying on one entrance.

The third full-size roller shutter is positioned on the south elevation, alongside the glazed double door. The shutters provide wide access for bulky items, while the double door offers a separate everyday entrance. High-level top-only windows are fitted to both 2.2m end walls, bringing natural light into the open space while retaining usable wall area below.

External finish and internal specification

The exterior is finished in black horizontal cladding, giving the storage unit a straightforward, uniform appearance suited to active sites and commercial yards. Above, the flat roof is completed with a slim fascia. The P600 format provides a defined modular building rather than an improvised storage enclosure, with every opening positioned as set out in this configuration.

Internally, this is an open storage layout with no wet fit-out. It does not include a WC, sink, kitchen or other plumbed facility. The module is supplied to the standard fitted specification for this configuration, leaving the internal space available for the buyer’s own shelving, racking or storage arrangement. Any additional requirements would need to be reviewed and quoted separately.

Indicative price and programme

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, equivalent to £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the single P600 module in the stated layout, including the black horizontal cladding, flat roof with slim fascia, three roller shutters, glazed double door, two high-level windows and open internal fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to order details and the confirmed project programme. The arrangement can also be reviewed in the P600 configurator. Final timings should allow for site preparation as well as the manufacture, delivery and installation programme.

Preparing the site

The unit requires a suitable, level and prepared base, with safe access for delivery and installation equipment. The route to the final position must be checked for width, overhead restrictions, turning space and any other site constraints. Adequate working space is also needed around the module during installation. Groundworks, access planning and any site-specific works are assessed separately, as requirements vary between construction sites, yards and commercial premises.
