Practical storage in one P600 module

This configuration uses one P600 module to create a compact, single-storey secure storage unit for the construction sector. The module measures 5.9m long by 2.2m wide and provides approximately 12 m² of internal floor area. Its single, open layout gives contractors, tradespeople and businesses a straightforward lock-up space without internal partitions or wet facilities.

Module layout and access

The ground-floor module forms the complete building. On the exposed north wall, which runs along the 5.9m side, there are two full-size roller shutters. These provide two separate access points along the long elevation, making it easier to organise stored tools, equipment or materials and reach different parts of the internal space.

The opposite south wall has a third full-size roller shutter, a single glazed door and a small window. The roller shutter gives additional loading access, while the glazed personnel door provides a separate everyday entrance without requiring a shutter to be opened. The small window introduces natural light on this side of the unit.

Each 2.2m end wall has one top-only, high-level window. One is positioned on the east elevation and the other on the west elevation. Their elevated position brings further daylight into the open storage area while retaining usable wall space below.

Exterior finish

The exterior is finished with horizontal cladding in black, giving the unit a clean, purposeful appearance suited to construction compounds, trade premises and business yards. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and compact. The building remains single storey, with no terrace or external platform included in this configuration.

Open internal fit-out

Inside, the module is left as one open area of approximately 12 m². There is no wet fit-out, so this configuration does not include a toilet, sink, shower or other water-based facility. The uninterrupted layout is intended for secure storage rather than welfare or office use, allowing the available floor area to be allocated according to the items being stored.

Indicative price and scope

The indicative price is £10,750 ex VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the single P600 module with black horizontal cladding, flat roof and slim fascia, the listed roller shutters, glazed door and windows, and the open internal arrangement. The final quotation will confirm the precise supply scope. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately.

Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification confirmation, order timing and the installation programme. The site must have a suitable prepared, level base and sufficient access for delivery and installation operations. Ground conditions, vehicle access, working space and any site-specific constraints should be reviewed before delivery. Required groundworks are not included in the indicative product price and will be assessed and quoted separately where needed.
