Compact single-module layout
This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The module provides approximately 11.4 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. The requested WC and its partitions are to be confirmed as part of the final room layout.
The module has an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling. As a self-contained, single-module arrangement, it provides a practical footprint for sites where permanent facilities are needed without specifying a larger connected layout. It is configured for the Construction sector and forms part of Adacon’s range of modular toilet blocks.
Windows and access
The north-facing 5.9m wall has two high-level, top-only windows. The opposite south-facing wall combines a small window, one glazed single door and a second small window. Each 2.2m end wall—the east and west elevations—has one high-level, top-only window. These openings are specific to this stored single-module design and will be reflected in the final quoted layout.
Anthracite external finish
All four exposed outside walls are selected with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Anthracite. The boards run vertically and are applied between the visible structural frame. This finish covers the north and south long walls and both end walls. Cladding is confirmed within the project quotation and is not itemised separately in public pricing.
Above, the module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration. Final visual details, including the relationship between the cladding, frame and openings, remain subject to the confirmed quotation.
Requested WC fit-out
A WC is requested, with the exact internal arrangement to be agreed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic wall panels are optional. Where selected, plaster applies outside the bathroom walls. Elsewhere in the module, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish, with any alternative finishes selected according to the confirmed room plan.
Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms; no shower room is specified in this stored configuration. Other floor finishes have not been fixed in the brief and must therefore be established through the final specification rather than assumed from illustrations. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and accessories should likewise be treated as representative until confirmed by quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey so that access and relevant site conditions can be considered before the order is finalised through the building configurator.
