Compact single-module configuration

This P600 modular toilet block uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling.

The stored design is a self-contained, single-module layout rather than a linked or stacked arrangement. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for sites, events and sports grounds that need permanent WC provision without the scale of a multi-module building. It is configured for the Construction sector as a modular toilet block.

Windows and access

The north-facing 5.9m wall has two high-level, top-only windows. The east-facing 2.2m end wall has one high-level, top-only window, while the west-facing 2.2m end wall has the same opening type.

The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the main access elevation. It contains a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. These openings are specific to this stored configuration and define the external arrangement of the module.

Grey grooved external finish

All four exposed walls are finished between the frame with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The boards run vertically across the full north, east, south and west walls, creating a consistent finish around the complete module. Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the project quotation and are not itemised separately in public pricing.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration.

Requested WC fit-out

A WC has been requested for the internal fit-out, subject to confirmation in the final layout and quotation. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The precise sanitary arrangement, room division, fixtures and associated service requirements must therefore be agreed before the specification is finalised.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this stored design. Room-by-room flooring selections are also confirmed during quotation and should not be assumed from illustrations.

Indicative price and project planning

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT. This estimate remains subject to quotation and confirmation of the final WC layout, finishes, services and site requirements. Illustrated fixtures and finishes are representative only; final details are established in the project quotation.

Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions, service connections and any operational constraints. Configuration details can be reviewed through the building configurator before the final quotation is prepared.
