Single-Module P600 Toilet Block with WC

Compact permanent WC provision

This configuration uses one P600 module to create an approximately 12 m² modular toilet block. The module measures 5.9m long by 2.2m wide and is arranged over a single storey, making it suitable where permanent WC provision is needed without a multi-module building. Module 1 layout

Module 1 contains the complete internal WC fit-out within one open building footprint. All four external walls are exposed, with windows positioned around the module to admit daylight while retaining privacy. The north-facing 5.9m wall has two top-only, high-level windows. The east 2.2m end and west 2.2m end each have one top-only, high-level window.

The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the main entrance elevation. It has a glazed double-door entrance positioned between two small windows. This arrangement gives the building a clear access point and additional glazing on the principal elevation, while the high-level windows serve the other three sides.

Exterior finish and roof

The steel-framed module is finished with horizontal cladding in Anthracite, giving the exterior a consistent, understated appearance suited to operational sites and public-facing grounds. Above, the flat roof is completed with a slim fascia to maintain the module’s clean, compact profile.

The P600 system is designed for delivery and installation as a modular building. Although this configuration uses one module only, its 5.9m by 2.2m format follows the same modular system used for larger linked and stacked layouts. Standard fitted specification and price

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the configured single P600 module with its Anthracite horizontal cladding, flat roof and slim fascia, specified doors and windows, and internal WC fit-out.

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately. Any requirements arising from the location, access arrangements, service connections or final project scope will be assessed before a firm quotation is issued.

Lead time and site preparation

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to order, specification and project scheduling. The programme should also allow for site preparation and coordination of delivery and installation.

The building requires a suitable prepared, level base and clear access for the delivery vehicle and installation operation. The site must also have an appropriate strategy for connecting the WC to water and foul drainage services. Ground conditions, access restrictions, service routes and any required planning or site approvals remain project-specific and should be established before delivery.
