Single-Module P600 Toilet Block with WC

Compact permanent WC provision

This configuration uses one steel-framed P600 module to create a compact modular toilet block for the construction sector. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with approximately 12 m² of internal floor area. The single-storey format is suited to sites, event venues and sports grounds that need dedicated WC provision without committing space to a larger multi-module building.

Single-module layout

The building comprises one ground-floor module with a single internal layout and an included WC fit-out. Everything is contained within the 5.9m-long module, making the configuration straightforward to position where site space is limited. There is no upper storey, connecting module or external terrace in this specification.

Doors and window arrangement

The main entrance is on the south 5.9m elevation and consists of a glazed double door. A small window is positioned on each side of the doorway, bringing natural light to the front-facing side of the building. The opposite north elevation has two top-only, high-level windows. Each 2.2m end wall also has one top-only, high-level window, with one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation. This gives the module openings on all four exposed walls while retaining a clear, practical entrance elevation.

Anthracite exterior finish

The exterior is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding for a clean, understated appearance suitable for operational sites and public-facing locations. Above, the flat roof is completed with a slim fascia. The restrained finish keeps the building practical and presentable without unnecessary external detailing.

Internal fit-out

The internal specification includes a WC fit-out within the single module. As sanitary arrangements and service requirements can vary between sites, the final scope should be checked against the intended occupancy, drainage provision and connection strategy before order. The P600 configurator can be used to review the selected building configuration and its listed openings and finishes.

Indicative price

The indicative price for this standard fitted specification is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT. This covers the one-module building in the configuration described, including its Anthracite smooth cladding, flat roof with slim fascia, listed doors and windows, and WC fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately following review of the destination and installation requirements.

Typical lead time

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The actual programme depends on order confirmation, final specification, production scheduling and readiness of the site. Delivery and installation dates should therefore be coordinated with completion of any required groundworks and service preparations.

Preparing the site

The module requires a suitable prepared location with adequate access for delivery and installation. Ground conditions, the required base or support arrangement, levels and access constraints must be assessed for the individual site. The project team should also establish how the WC will connect to the necessary services and drainage. Planning, building control and other permissions remain site-specific, so these should be confirmed with the relevant parties before installation is scheduled.
