Single-module layout
This P600 configuration comprises one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The module provides approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Any WC partitions and associated room divisions will reduce the open internal area available.
The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. This compact format is intended as a modular toilet block for the Construction sector, serving sites, events and sports grounds where permanent WC provision is required.
Windows and entrance
The north-facing 5.9m wall has one high-level, top-only window. The east-facing 2.2m end wall and west-facing 2.2m end wall each have a high-level, top-only window. These raised openings provide natural light while limiting direct views into the interior.
The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the principal entrance elevation. Its stored arrangement comprises a small window, a double glazed door and a second small window. The opening positions form part of this specific configuration and should be checked against the intended site orientation during final layout confirmation.
Anthracite external finish
All four exposed outside walls are selected with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Anthracite. The boards are arranged vertically between the steel frame, creating a consistent finish across the north, east, south and west elevations. Final fixture and finish details are confirmed by quotation.
Above the elevations is a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration, retaining the straightforward roof edge defined by the module frame.
Requested WC fit-out
A WC is requested, with its final position, partitions and room arrangement still to be confirmed. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic panels are available as an optional bathroom finish. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls rather than replacing the standard waterproof bathroom construction.
Elsewhere in the module, insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish. Other finishes are selected to suit the confirmed room layout. If the final design includes a shower room, wet-room PVC flooring is used within that shower area; no shower room is confirmed in the stored configuration.
Quotation and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from this estimate.
Siting remains subject to survey, including confirmation that the proposed location and access are suitable for the module and the required site works. The final WC layout, selected finishes and project-specific requirements can then be confirmed through the building configurator and formal quotation process.
