Compact site office configuration

This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey, without linked or stacked modules. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, giving main contractors and site managers a focused workspace for day-to-day coordination, paperwork and site administration.

The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its compact format is intended for construction projects where a practical site office is required without the scale of a multi-module building. More information about this application is available on the site offices page.

Windows and access

The north-facing 5.9m wall is configured with three small windows. The opposite south-facing wall has two large windows and one single glazed door. Each 2.2m end wall—the east and west elevations—has one large window. Together, these specified openings provide glazing across all four elevations while keeping the entrance on the long south side.

This is a single-layout configuration. The requested WC must be confirmed within the final plan so that its position and relationship to the office area can be checked before quotation. Furniture, desks, storage and other illustrated loose items should not be assumed to form part of the specification.

Anthracite external finish

All four exposed walls are selected with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Anthracite. The boards run vertically and are applied between the visible structural frame. This selected finish covers the north, east, south and west walls of the module, creating a consistent external treatment on every elevation.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. Cladding costs are quote-only and are incorporated into the overall configured estimate rather than itemised in public pricing.

Internal wall and floor choices

Outside the requested WC area, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. If the WC is confirmed in the final layout, the toilet room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These requirements apply specifically to toilet or shower rooms and should not be interpreted as the finish throughout the office.

Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades. No particular alternative wall treatment or general office flooring has been specified in this stored design. Final fixtures, finishes and fit-out details are therefore confirmed through the quotation process and can be reviewed through the configuration service.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and are not included in the indicative estimate.

Positioning is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and the intended location. The receiving site must be assessed for the relevant groundworks and any offloading requirements before the final arrangements and costs can be established.
