Single-module site office layout
This configuration uses one steel-framed P600 module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions.
The stored design is intended as a site office for the construction sector. It gives main contractors and site managers a defined base for administration, meetings and day-to-day site coordination. The requested kitchenette and WC will be incorporated into the final room layout, with their exact positions and associated partitions confirmed by quotation.
Windows and access
The north 5.9m wall has three small windows. The opposite south wall contains two large windows with a single glazed door positioned between them. Each 2.2m end wall has one large window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation. This combination provides openings on all four sides of the standalone module.
Anthracite external finish
All four exposed walls are specified with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Anthracite, applied between the frame. The boards are arranged vertically on the north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding is priced as part of the individual quotation and is not itemised in public pricing.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in the stored configuration. The restrained Anthracite finish and vertical grooved boards give the office a consistent appearance across every exposed elevation.
Requested internal fit-out
A kitchenette and WC are requested, subject to confirmation in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. Precise fixture positions, finishes and room divisions are confirmed through the final quotation rather than assumed from illustrative material.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Alternative finishes can be selected to suit the agreed room layout. No general floor finish is fixed in this stored design, so any applicable floor selection must also be confirmed at quotation stage. Only the final quoted specification determines the fixtures and finishes supplied.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and must not be treated as included within the configured estimate.
Final siting is subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements for positioning the module. The installation location must be assessed before transport and site-specific costs can be confirmed. Any adjustments to openings, fit-out or finishes should be recorded through the configuration process and reflected in the final quotation.
