A compact office layout for construction sites
This stored configuration uses one P600 module in a wide, single-storey layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. Before partitions, the module provides approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area, based on a conservative per-module allowance. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m.
The layout is intended as a practical site office for the construction sector. It gives main contractors and site managers a defined place for administration, coordination and day-to-day site management, while retaining space for the requested kitchenette and WC. The final positions and details of these facilities are confirmed through the quoted room layout.
Windows and external access
The north-facing 5.9m wall is arranged with one large window between two small windows. The opposite south-facing 5.9m wall contains a single glazed door positioned between two large windows, providing the specified entrance and additional glazing along the long side of the office.
Both 2.2m end walls have glazing. The east wall contains two small windows, and the west wall also contains two small windows. These are the stored openings for this configuration; their final detailing is confirmed as part of the quotation and agreed layout.
Anthracite grooved-plank exterior
All four exposed outside walls are selected with ARLINE AR16016 grooved-plank cladding in Anthracite. The boards run vertically between the steel frame, covering the exposed wall areas on the north, east, south and west elevations. The cladding forms a consistent dark external finish around this standalone module. Cladding is priced by quotation and is not itemised in the public estimate.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in the stored design. The restrained roofline and Anthracite vertical boards give the office a straightforward appearance suited to an organised construction-site setting.
Requested kitchenette, WC and internal finishes
A kitchenette and WC are requested for the fit-out, but their precise arrangement remains subject to confirmation in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. Fixture details and final finishes are established by quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other wall finishes can be selected to suit the confirmed room arrangement. No shower room is specified in this stored configuration; if the design is changed to include one, shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. No other precise flooring finish is defined in the brief.
Quotation, transport and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and should be allowed for when planning the installation.
Positioning and site requirements are subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the proposed location. These factors may affect transport, offloading and any preparatory works required. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator, but the quotation confirms the final layout, selected finishes and commercial scope.
