Compact workspace for construction sites
This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module to create a single-storey site office for the construction sector. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance, so the final space available around the requested facilities will depend on the confirmed room arrangement.
Designed for main contractors and site managers, the module provides a defined base for administration, meetings and day-to-day site coordination. Further information about this type of workspace is available in our site offices section.
Window and door arrangement
The stored configuration has openings on all four exposed walls. The north 5.9m side contains a large window positioned between two small windows. The south 5.9m side has a single glazed door between two small windows, creating the specified entrance elevation. Each 2.2m end wall—the east and west elevations—contains two small windows.
These openings form part of this specific configuration and distinguish it from a generic P600 shell. Their final detailing, together with any associated fixtures shown in supporting visuals, is confirmed through the quotation and final layout process.
Anthracite exterior and flat roof
All four exposed walls are finished with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding, applied between the structural frame. The boards run vertically across the full north, east, south and west walls. Cladding remains subject to quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this design. The result is a restrained, practical exterior suited to a working construction environment.
Requested kitchenette and WC fit-out
A kitchenette and WC have been requested for the final internal layout. Their exact positions, partition arrangement, fixtures and finishes must be confirmed during quotation. WC or bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower-room designs; this stored configuration requests a WC rather than a shower room.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster can be selected outside bathroom walls, and other finishes are chosen to suit the final room layout. No unconfirmed flooring type, decorative treatment or illustrated fixture should be treated as included unless it appears in the quotation. Layout choices can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Price, transport and site preparation
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final specification. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Placement and access must be assessed for the intended site. Siting is subject to survey, including consideration of access conditions, lifting requirements, ground preparation and any works needed before the module arrives.
