    A compact retail space with strong visibility

    This configuration uses one P600 module to create a compact modular shop for the Retail & Hospitality sector. The module measures 5.9m long by 2.2m wide and provides approx. 11.40 m² usable internal area before partitions. It is arranged over a single storey, making it suitable for independent retailers, farm shops and pop-up operators that need a self-contained sales space without commissioning a larger multi-module building.

    The extensive glazing gives the building strong product visibility and brings natural light into the retail area. Its narrow rectangular footprint can work well on farm retail sites, visitor destinations, commercial yards and other locations where available space needs to be used efficiently.

    Single-module layout

    The complete shop is contained within one ground-floor module. The layout combines the main retail area with an internal WC, providing essential customer or staff facilities within the same building. The WC forms part of the fitted specification, while the remaining internal area can be arranged by the buyer for counters, shelving, displays or other retail equipment. Loose furniture, merchandising systems and specialist retail equipment are not stated as part of this configuration.

    All four external walls are exposed. The 5.9m north elevation has two large windows.
