Compact retail layout
This configuration uses one P600 module to create a single-storey modular shop for the Retail & Hospitality sector. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m.
Before partitions, the module provides approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area. This is a conservative per-module allowance. Any space assigned to the requested WC and its enclosing walls will reduce the remaining open retail area, so the final balance between sales space and facilities is confirmed through the completed room layout.
Windows, entrance and external finish
The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. On the opposite south-facing wall, the stored design combines a large window, a glazed double door and a further large window. Each 2.2m end wall—the east and west elevations—has one large window. Together, these specified openings give the standalone module glazed elements on every elevation and provide customer access through the south wall.
All four exposed external walls are finished between the steel frame with ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Venge. The boards are arranged vertically across the full north, east, south and west walls. This selected cladding is part of the configured design, but final details and pricing are confirmed by quotation rather than itemised separately in public copy.
Above the module is a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for the fit-out, although its exact position, dimensions and effect on the retail layout still need to be confirmed. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Where selected, plaster applies outside the bathroom walls. Wet-room PVC flooring is specified for shower rooms, but this stored configuration requests a WC rather than a shower room.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Alternative wall or floor finishes have not been fixed in the stored design and are selected in relation to the final room layout. Illustrated furnishings, fittings, finishes or display equipment should not be treated as confirmed unless they are recorded in the final quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 ex VAT, or £16,920 inc VAT, subject to quotation. This estimate relates to the described single P600 module and its stored configuration. Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting remains subject to a site survey and confirmation of practical access. The assessment should account for the 5.9m x 2.2m external footprint, transport route, unloading requirements, ground conditions and any works needed before placement.
