Compact single-module layout
This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of approximately 2.16m.
The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m. It provides approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. This is a single-module design rather than a connected or stacked arrangement, giving contractors and tradespeople a self-contained secure storage unit for tools, materials or business equipment.
Access and window arrangement
The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two full-size roller shutters. This arrangement provides separate access points along one long side of the module, supporting the organisation and movement of stored items without changing the specified single internal layout.
On the south-facing 5.9m wall, the design includes one full-size roller shutter, one single glazed door and one small window. Each 2.2m end wall has one top-only high-level window: one on the east wall and one on the west wall. Final fixture and finish details are confirmed by quotation.
Anthracite external finish
All four exposed outside walls are specified with ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Anthracite. The boards run vertically between the frame, creating a consistent finish across the north, east, south and west elevations while retaining the visible structure of the steel-framed module.
Above the walls is a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration, keeping the roof edge aligned with the stored P600 design.
Internal specification and finish options
No wet fit-out has been requested. The configuration does not include a WC, shower, sink or other specified wet facility, allowing the available interior to remain focused on the secure storage use case.
The included internal walls are formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels are available as optional alternatives, but neither has been selected in this stored configuration. Any specification change made through the P600 configurator would need to be reflected in the final quotation.
Flooring is selected to suit the final room layout. No precise flooring material or finish is fixed in this brief, so the quoted specification will confirm the applicable selection rather than assuming a finish from an illustration.
