Single-module storage layout

This configuration uses one P600 module arranged as a single-storey secure storage unit for the construction sector. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, giving contractors, tradespeople and businesses a straightforward lock-up space within one compact module.

The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. This stored design is a single-module, single-layout configuration rather than a linked or stacked building. It is intended for use as practical storage rather than welfare, office or accommodation space. Configured access and windows

The exposed north wall, along the 5.9m side, has two top-only high-level windows. These provide high-level glazing while retaining usable wall space below.

The east 2.2m end has one full-size roller shutter. The south 5.9m side combines a full-size roller shutter with a double glazed door, while the west 2.2m end has a further full-size roller shutter. Together, these openings provide access from three sides of the module, with separate pedestrian access through the glazed double door.

External finish and roof

All four outside walls use included standard insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish. The north, east, south and west elevations all retain this same selected panel specification, giving the module a consistent external appearance.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. External cladding and final finish details are confirmed through the project quotation and are not itemised separately in public pricing.

Interior specification

The included internal wall surfaces are white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. No wet fit-out has been requested, so this configuration does not include a WC, shower, sink or other wet-area arrangement.

Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels remain optional alternatives where a different internal finish is required. Flooring is selected to suit the final room layout; the exact floor product and finish are therefore confirmed at quotation stage rather than fixed in this stored design. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and accessories should not be treated as guaranteed inclusions unless they are listed in the final quotation.

Configured estimate and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. This estimate applies to the specified single P600 module and its stored arrangement. Alternative requirements can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Final siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions, positioning and any requirements specific to the proposed location.
