Compact single-module retail layout
This configuration uses one P600 module to create a single-storey modular shop. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The module provides approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. The requested WC and its final partition arrangement will reduce the open retail space.
The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. Windows and customer entrance
The stored design includes two large windows on the north 5.9m wall. The east 2.2m end has one large window, while the west 2.2m end also has one large window.
On the south 5.9m wall, the arrangement comprises a large window, a single glazed door and a further large window. This creates the selected customer-facing entrance and glazed retail frontage. Window, door, fixture and finish details are confirmed as part of the final quotation.
Jet Black insulated-panel exterior
All four exposed outside walls use standard vertical insulated sandwich panels in Jet Black, RAL 9005, with a smooth finish. This selected treatment applies to the north and south long sides and both 2.2m end walls. Public pricing does not itemise the cladding separately.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No extra fascia is selected for this configuration. The simple roofline and consistent Jet Black external panels give the shop a cohesive appearance without adding unconfirmed decorative finishes or secondary cladding.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC is requested for this modular shop, with its position and fit-out to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall treatments and general flooring finishes depend on the final room layout and quotation. A shower room is not included in the stored design; if the specification were revised to add one, wet-room PVC flooring would apply within that shower room.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access.
