Compact retail configuration

This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The design provides approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. It is configured for modular shops in the Retail & Hospitality sector.

The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. This format gives independent retailers, farm shops and pop-up operators a compact space for customer-facing retail use. The stored arrangement is a single standalone module rather than a connected or stacked scheme. Its selected specification forms a defined starting point within the P600 configuration process.

External finish and roof

All four elevations use included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, matched to RAL 7021. The north, east, south and west walls are each specified with the standard smooth insulated-panel finish, creating a consistent appearance around the complete module. Cladding is subject to the final quotation and is not separately itemised in this public specification.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. The simple roofline and dark external panel finish support a restrained commercial appearance suitable for a range of independent retail settings.

Windows, entrance and requested WC

The north 5.9m elevation has two large windows. The east 2.2m end has one large window, while the west 2.2m end has another. The south 5.9m elevation contains two large windows and one single glazed door. This stored arrangement provides six large windows in total, together with the glazed customer entrance.

A WC has been requested for confirmation in the final room layout. Where a bathroom is included, its walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring, although no shower room is specified in this configuration. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall treatments, flooring choices, sanitary fittings and other room finishes are selected and confirmed against the final layout and quotation. Illustrated fixtures or finishes should not be treated as guaranteed inclusions.
