Compact single-module salon layout

This P600 beauty salon uses one steel-framed module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of approximately 2.16m. The approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m.

Before partitions, the module provides approximately 11.4 m² of usable internal area. This is a conservative per-module allowance. The requested WC and its enclosing walls will reduce the remaining open salon space, with its final position and dimensions confirmed through the quoted layout.

Windows and glazed entrance

The north-facing 5.9m side contains two large windows. The south-facing 5.9m side has two further large windows with a glazed double door positioned between them. Each 2.2m end wall also contains one large window: one in the east wall and one in the west wall.

This arrangement gives the compact salon multiple glazed elevations, supporting a bright setting for beauty treatments, consultations and reception activity. Door handing, internal circulation and the relationship between the WC and treatment area remain subject to the final room plan and quotation.

Cream insulated-panel exterior

All four outside walls use the selected standard vertical insulated sandwich panels in Cream, matched to RAL 9001, with a smooth finish. This applies to the north, east, south and west elevations. The cladding forms the consistent external treatment for this exact configuration.

Above the module is a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected or included in the stored design.

Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for confirmation within the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. The exact sanitary arrangement, services and room position are not fixed until they are detailed in the quotation.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected, and other wall or floor finishes are chosen to suit the final room arrangement. No shower room forms part of this stored configuration; where a shower room is selected in a revised design, wet-room PVC flooring is used.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. This estimate relates to the stated P600 configuration and should not be treated as a fixed site-delivered price.

Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Final placement is subject to a site survey, including assessment of access, ground conditions and the practical requirements for positioning the module.
