Module dimensions and layout
The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. The stored design uses a single compact layout within the steel-framed P600 module. A WC has been requested for the fit-out, but its inclusion, position and effect on the treatment area must be confirmed in the final layout and quotation.
Windows and entrance
The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. The south-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows with a single glazed door positioned between the specified openings. Each 2.2m end wall—east and west—has one large window. Together, these selected openings give the compact salon multiple sources of natural light while retaining a clearly defined glazed entrance.
Jet Black external finish
All four outside walls use included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Jet Black, RAL 9005, with a smooth finish. This specification applies to the north, east, south and west elevations. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.
Requested WC and internal finishes
The proposed WC remains subject to confirmation in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These requirements apply to the requested WC area if it is confirmed in the quoted design. No shower is specified in this configuration, and no particular sanitary fittings, plumbing arrangement or room dimensions are stated in the stored design.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included elements of this configuration. Room-by-room flooring can also be selected, but no specific flooring finish outside the proposed WC area is confirmed here. Siting and project pricing
