    Compact single-module layout

This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The conservative usable internal area is approximately 11.4m² before partitions, giving a clear basis for planning the requested WC layout without overstating the space available after rooms and sanitary areas are formed.

The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. As a single-module design, it provides a straightforward option for sites where permanent facilities are needed within a defined footprint. Further information about this type of building is available on the modular toilet blocks page.

    Windows and entrance arrangement

The north-facing 5.9m wall has a high-level, top-only window. Matching high-level, top-only windows are selected for the east and west 2.2m end walls. This arrangement introduces daylight at a raised level on three sides of the module.

The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the main entrance elevation. It is configured with a double glazed door positioned between two small windows. The combination of glazed entrance doors and windows gives the principal elevation a more open appearance while retaining the high-level window treatment on the remaining exposed walls.

    Anthracite external finish

All four exposed walls are finished between the frame with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The boards are arranged vertically across the north, east, south and west elevations, creating a consistent finish around the complete module.

Above, the selected flat roof is edged by the module’s approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored configuration, keeping the roofline aligned with the structural frame.

    Requested WC fit-out

A WC is requested for the final internal layout and remains subject to confirmation at quotation stage. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic wall panels can be selected as an optional finish where required, while plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is chosen for the confirmed room arrangement.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any other wall treatments are selected to suit the final room layout rather than assumed from illustrations. Where a shower room is specified, wet-room PVC flooring is used; this stored design requests a WC and does not confirm a shower room or another precise flooring selection.

    Quotation and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 ex VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, and is subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and will depend on the location and project requirements.

Final positioning and site requirements are subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the arrangements needed to receive the module. Fixtures, finishes and the detailed WC layout are confirmed in the quotation. The stored configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator before those final details are agreed.
