Compact permanent WC provision

This configuration uses one P600 module to create a single-storey modular toilet block for the construction sector. The module measures 5.9m long by 2.2m wide and provides approximately 12 m² of internal floor area. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for sites, events and sports grounds where permanent WC provision is required without a multi-module building.

Single-module layout

The complete facility is contained within one ground-floor module. Access is through a single glazed door on the south-facing 5.9m wall. This elevation also has two small windows, with one positioned on each side of the door. The remaining exposed walls use top-only, high-level windows: two along the north-facing 5.9m wall, one in the east-facing 2.2m end and one in the west-facing 2.2m end.

Exterior finish

The module is finished in Dark grey horizontal cladding, giving all four elevations a consistent appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and low-profile. The arrangement of smaller and high-level windows is appropriate to the building’s WC use while still introducing daylight around the module.

Internal fit-out

The internal fit-out includes a WC and is supplied to the standard fitted specification covered by the indicative price. This brief does not define individual sanitary fittings, internal finishes or service connection positions beyond the included WC, so these details should be confirmed against the final specification before order. Price and scope

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for this one-module building in the standard fitted specification. The price covers the configured P600 module and its stated fit-out. Costs that depend on location, access or site conditions are assessed separately.

Typical lead time

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme will depend on specification sign-off, current production capacity, delivery arrangements and the readiness of the destination site. Site preparation and access planning should therefore run alongside the building order rather than waiting until the module is ready.

Siting requirements

The module requires a suitable prepared and level base, with the design and groundworks matched to the site conditions. Clear delivery and installation access must be available for the 5.9m by 2.2m module. The WC will also require the relevant site service and drainage connections, with routes and connection works established before delivery. Planning requirements, local restrictions and any project-specific compliance obligations should be checked for the intended location. Groundworks, delivery and all other site-specific works are outside the indicative module price and will be quoted separately.
