Single-module layout
This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged as a wide, single-storey modular toilet block. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance for planning the requested WC arrangement.

Windows and access
The north 5.9m wall has two high-level, top-only windows. The east 2.2m end and west 2.2m end each have one high-level, top-only window. On the south 5.9m wall, the stored design includes a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. These selected openings bring controlled natural light into the interior while retaining a practical arrangement for the proposed sanitary use.
Anthracite external finish
All four exposed walls are finished between the steel frame with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The boards are arranged vertically across the north, east, south and west elevations, creating a consistent appearance around the complete module. The design has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia.
Requested WC fit-out
A WC is requested for the final internal layout and remains subject to confirmation in the quotation. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. Elsewhere in the module, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish, with any alternative finishes determined alongside the final room arrangement.
Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms. A shower room is not specified in this stored configuration, so this flooring would only be relevant if the final quoted layout introduced that room type. Fixtures, finishes and partition positions shown during design development are not guaranteed until confirmed in the quotation. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Siting and commercial basis
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, and is subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from this estimate.
Siting remains subject to a survey of the proposed location, including access and the conditions relevant to positioning the module. The final quotation confirms the room layout, selected finishes, fixtures and project-specific requirements. Cladding costs are incorporated into the configured estimate and are not itemised publicly.
