Compact, fitted WC provision

This configuration uses one P600 module to create a self-contained modular toilet block for the Construction sector. The module measures 5.9m long by 2.2m wide and provides approximately 12 m² of internal floor area. Its single-storey, wide layout gives sites, events and sports grounds a straightforward way to add permanent WC provision without committing to a larger multi-module building.

Module layout and access

Module 1 forms the complete ground-floor building. The south-facing 5.9m wall contains the main entrance, arranged with a small window, a glazed double door and a second small window. This places the double-door access centrally between two compact windows. The north-facing 5.9m wall has one top-only, high-level window.

Both 2.2m end walls are also exposed. The east end has a top-only, high-level window, while the west end has the same high-level window arrangement. Together, the listed openings provide glazing on all four external elevations while retaining the exact door and window schedule specified for this configuration. No additional doors, windows or internal rooms are assumed.

Exterior and internal finish

The exterior is finished in horizontal Dark grey cladding, giving the toilet block a restrained appearance suited to working sites and public-facing locations. Above it is a flat roof with a slim fascia, keeping the overall profile simple and compact. As a single module, the building occupies a footprint of 5.9m by 2.2m and does not require links to adjoining units.

Internally, the standard fitted specification includes a WC fit-out. The precise service connections and any site-dependent details must be coordinated for the intended location. Price and programme

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This price relates to the stated single-module configuration, including the Dark grey external finish, flat roof with slim fascia, listed door and window arrangement, and internal WC provision. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately according to the location and project requirements.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The final programme depends on specification confirmation, production scheduling, delivery planning and site readiness. Any changes to the standard arrangement may affect both cost and timing.

Preparing the site

The installation area must have a suitable prepared and level base, with adequate access for delivery and the planned lifting or positioning method. Water, drainage and any required electrical services should be brought to suitable connection points for the WC fit-out. Ground conditions, access restrictions and final service routes need to be assessed before delivery, with groundworks and other site-specific requirements priced separately.
