Compact single-module salon layout
This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged as a single-storey run. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, while the approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing around 11 m² of internal floor area. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling.
The compact plan is intended for use as a beauty salon by individual beauty therapists or salon owners. It can provide a defined setting for treatments, consultations and day-to-day salon tasks without extending beyond the specified single-module footprint. Windows, entrance and natural light
The exposed north wall, along the 5.9m side, has two large windows. The opposite south wall has two large windows with a single glazed door positioned between them. Each 2.2m end wall has one full-size window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation.
This arrangement gives the salon glazing on every elevation, together with a glazed single-door entrance. The final quotation and layout confirmation will establish the precise specification of individual fixtures and finishes.
Anthracite Grey exterior
All four outside walls are specified with standard insulated sandwich panels in Anthracite Grey, RAL 7016. The selected panels have a smooth finish and are installed vertically. This finish applies to the north, east, south and west walls of the module.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this configuration. External cladding remains subject to the final quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
Requested kitchenette and WC
The requested internal fit-out comprises a kitchenette and WC, both of which must be confirmed within the final plan. A toilet or shower room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The exact arrangement, fixtures and finish selections will therefore be established through the quotation rather than assumed from illustrative images.
Outside the WC area, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices. Room-by-room flooring selections are also configurable and are not included claims unless they are expressly recorded in the final quotation. The stored layout can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Price and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT. This figure is subject to quotation and final confirmation of the kitchenette, WC, finishes and layout details.
Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, with access, levels, foundations, services and operational requirements considered before the building is placed. The quotation will confirm the final scope and any project-specific costs.
