This P600 configuration provides a self-contained beauty salon within one 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed module. It has approximately 11 m² of internal floor area and is arranged over a single storey, making it a practical option for beauty therapists and salon owners who need a compact treatment environment. The design combines a fitted interior and WC with generous windows, a glazed entrance and a covered ground-level timber terrace deck.

Single-module layout

The complete salon occupies one module, with no connecting sections or upper floor. The WC is incorporated within the internal fit-out, while the remaining floor area provides the main working space. This straightforward layout keeps movement simple and makes efficient use of the available footprint. Furniture, treatment equipment and storage can be planned around the chosen salon service without changing the building’s core configuration.

Windows and entrance

The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. On the opposite south-facing wall, a glazed double door is positioned between two further large windows, creating a clear customer entrance with glazing on either side. Both 2.2m end walls are also glazed: the east end has a full-size window and the west end has another full-size window. Together, these openings provide extensive natural light and outward views from every exposed elevation.

Exterior finish and terrace

The exterior is finished in vertical Light grey cladding, giving the salon a clean, understated appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia maintains the simple profile of the P600 module. Alongside the building is a covered, ground-level timber terrace deck, providing a defined external area next to the salon.

Internal fit-out

The module is supplied to Adacon’s standard fitted specification and includes a WC. The internal fit-out provides a finished base for a working salon, while specialist beauty equipment, loose furniture and service-specific storage can be selected by the buyer. Indicative price

The indicative price for this single-module building in the standard fitted specification is £12,550 excluding VAT, or £15,060 including VAT. This price covers the fitted P600 module in the stated configuration, including its specified doors, windows and WC. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately following a review of the location, access and installation requirements.

Manufacture and lead time

Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers P600 buildings for installation across the UK. A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the confirmed specification, production schedule and site readiness. The programme should allow for any separately arranged groundworks and utility preparations.

Preparing the site

The site must have suitable ground conditions, prepared supports or foundations, and sufficient access for delivery and installation. The WC will also require appropriate site utility and drainage connections. Exact requirements depend on the property, route to the installation position and local conditions, so these elements are assessed and priced separately.
