A compact space for beauty treatments

This configuration uses one P600 module to create a self-contained beauty salon with an approximate internal floor area of 12 m². Its 5.9m x 2.2m footprint makes efficient use of restricted sites while providing a practical setting for treatments, consultations and client appointments. Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the complete ground-floor salon. As this is a single-module run layout, there are no linked rooms, upper storeys or connecting sections. The principal salon area and WC are contained within the same steel-framed module. The WC is included as part of the internal fit-out, giving staff and clients an on-site facility without requiring a second module. Its exact arrangement should be confirmed on the final project drawing.

The exposed north wall, which runs along the 5.9m side, has two large windows. The east 2.2m end has one large window, while the west 2.2m end has a further large window. On the south 5.9m side, two large windows are positioned alongside a single glazed entrance door. This gives the configuration six large windows in total, with glazing on every exposed elevation.

Exterior and roof finish

The exterior is finished with timber cladding in a Timber-effect appearance, giving the salon a considered finish appropriate for a beauty and wellness setting. Above, the flat roof is completed with a slim fascia for a clean roofline. The building remains recognisably compact and straightforward, without unnecessary external additions that would increase its footprint.

Fit-out and indicative price

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the single P600 module in its stated configuration, including the specified cladding, flat roof, glazed entrance door, six large windows and internal WC fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in this indicative figure and are quoted separately for each location.

Programme and site preparation

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification confirmation, production scheduling and the requirements of the installation site. Buyers can review possible arrangements using the P600 configurator. A project-specific programme will be agreed once the configuration, access and required site works have been established.

The module requires a suitable prepared and level base, together with clear access for delivery and installation. The WC will also need appropriate site service connections, including water and drainage, with requirements confirmed for the individual project. Ground conditions, delivery vehicle access, lifting space, service routes and any site restrictions should be assessed before installation. Responsibility for checking planning requirements and other location-specific approvals should also be established at the start of the project.
