Compact single-module salon layout
This P600 configuration is arranged as one single-storey module in a run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing approximately 11.4 m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance.
The layout is intended for use as a beauty salon, giving beauty therapists and salon owners a compact setting that can be planned around treatment, reception or preparation needs. The exact position and dimensions of internal partitions, the kitchenette and the WC remain subject to confirmation in the final room layout and quotation. Further information about this type of workspace is available on the beauty salons page.
Windows and entrance
The exposed north wall, running along the 5.9m side, has two large windows. The south wall has two large windows with a single glazed door between the selected openings. Each 2.2m end wall, east and west, has one large window. Together, these specified openings provide glazing on every external elevation while retaining a single pedestrian entrance on the south side.
Opening positions are based on the stored configuration. Their relationship to treatment zones, screening, furniture and the proposed facilities will need to be considered when the internal plan is finalised.
Selected exterior and roof
All four outside walls use the included standard insulated sandwich-panel finish. The selected panels are smooth, Light Grey (RAL 7035) and installed vertically. This same selection applies to the north, east, south and west elevations, creating a consistent exterior around the standalone module.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. Cladding costs are confirmed within the project quotation and are not itemised in public pricing.
Proposed facilities and internal finishes
A kitchenette and WC have been requested for this configuration, but their final arrangement must be confirmed against the available internal space, partitions and intended salon workflow. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside bathroom walls.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall finishes are selected to suit the final room layout. Wet-room PVC flooring is used for shower rooms; a shower room is not specified in this stored configuration, so flooring and other room finishes must be confirmed by quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.
Pricing and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Placement and access are subject to a site survey and confirmation of the proposed location, route, ground conditions and servicing requirements. Final specifications, fixtures and finishes are established through the project quotation and the saved design can be reviewed through the building configurator.
